Jessie started, operated and successfully sold Taiwan's first online advertising network in the late 1990's ("Asiad"). Asiad was sold to DoubleClick within nine months of commencing operations and became DoubleClick (Taiwan). Jessie continued working in the online advertising industry for regional DoubleClick subsidiaries based in Hong Kong. She led the teams that successfully established DoubleClick offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hongkong, Korea and Singapore. Jessie graduated from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia with a B.A. in Marketing. She is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. Jessie is fluent in English.
Philip is a closely followed Internet and social media technology expert with 15 years of multilingual Internet and web-based software development experience. With a deep knowledge of localization issues, especially related to Asian language computing environments and content processing, Philip has led Internet software development projects with his strong fluency in all details of the technology stack from server to users for a broad range of multinational corporations and government institutions. Philip has also led several Internet-focused business ventures, starting with Pristine Internet Gateway, one of Taiwan's first commercial ISP's in 1995, and then moving on to Asia Online Taiwan as the General Manager of a 40-person team from 1996-1998. Philip also co-founded and concurrently holds senior management and technical positions in Pristine Communications, one of the best known and respected localization and multilingual web development businesses in Asia. Philip holds a B.A. in East-Asian Studies from the University of Florida and is a native speaker of English and French and fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Greg has over ten years of professional legal and management experience in Asia. He has structured and executed cross-border financial and general corporate transactions throughout Asia with a particular focus on Greater China. Prior to joining AsiadNet, Greg served as a management consultant in Taiwan, as a corporate finance attorney in the New York and Hong Kong offices of Sidley Austin Brown & Wood and as senior manager for Taiwan/China operations of a United States-based computer components manufacturer. Greg holds a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Greg speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese.
